    The K9000 DIY Dog Wash

    Between grooms, wash your own dog in our dual-bay TRU-BLU K9000 v2.0 station — warm water, shampoo, conditioner, flea & tick rinse and a blow-dry, all in one raised, back-friendly tub. No mess at home, no appointment needed.

    Groomed the Japanese way

    All of My Fluffy Dog’s staff are from Japan — groomers who treat every clip, scissor finish and blow-dry as a craft. The result is that unmistakable soft, symmetrical, breed-true fluff.

    English is not our groomers’ first language, so please be considerate and understanding — they work hard to give every dog a calm, happy day.

    Before your visit

    Matted & knotted coats

    Additional Fee is required for extra brushing, combing long/thick coat & clearing of heavily knotted/matted coat or clipping of severely matted coat. Clearing matted/knotted hair or clipping out a heavily matted coat can take an enormous amount of time even for an experienced groomer; it involves delicate and accurate work as the mats are usually very close to the skin.

    Fleas

    When Fleas are found during the grooming Session an additional $10–$30 Fee will be Charged due to having to remove the flea OR applying treatment. This is compulsory because it could spread to other dogs in the salon.

    Kindness to our groomers

    Please do not be rude or abusive to our groomers as they are working hard to provide a friendly and happy experience for your Dog. All of My Fluffy Dog staff are from Japan therefore English is not their first language. Please be considerate and understanding.
